- Siberian Ginseng has been used traditionally in Chinese herbal medicine to help support energy, vitality and the immune system.
- Experimental studies have found Rhodiola, Siberian Ginseng and Lemon Balm to possess antioxidant properties.

Use Suggestion
Adults: 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) 1-2 times per day or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Dilute in a small amount of water or juice, or simply consume as is.
